Do you have a minimum hire?

Yes we do. our minimum hire is $1000 plus delivery

Does the $3 a Kilometre travel fee include pick up?

Yes it does

​

How many mats do I need for under two low tables?

You need a minimum of 6 vintage mats or 4 boho mats

What is the packing fee for?

The packing fee is the time it takes us to pack up, box and wrap the items ready for pick up or delivery

​

What areas do you service?

We will service from North Brisbane to Gympie - we do charge $3 a km for our travel. Our warehouse is in Cooroy.

Can I change the packages?

The packages are heavily discounted so items cannot be removed from them - this will not reduce the overall cost. Exceptions can be made where an item can be exchanged for another item of similar value.

If I choose lots of items can you put it into a package deal for me?

We have set packages available. If you choose individual items the prices will be calculated by each item

What happens if its raining on my event - do I get a refund? or can it be postponed?

Unfortunately not. A wet weather plan is essential when booking our services

​

What is the bond for?

The bond is a refundable security deposit to cover against minimal damages.
