Are you looking for a place to rest and unwind or have a little place for a special gathering? Nestled in Kenilworth in the Sunshine Coast Hinterland you can find cute little Berry Lane. Berry Lane Is the perfect place to disconnect from technology and reset from the craziness of life! Come relax and unwind! We are passionate about providing a space for people to slow down, connect with each other and see the beauty in nature. We fill the rooms with books, puzzles, games and drawing/colouring materials so that you can switch your phone off and immerse yourself in the moment! Lay in a hammock, hang with the alpaca, have a conversation with the geese, cuddle a chook, watch the sunset or sunrise if you are keen! Have a picnic, sit around a fire with a wine, lay in bed with the rain hitting the tin roof reading your favourite book, bird watch or go nature spotting after dark!
Our place is perfect for a girls weekend, a family gathering, a small community gathering, health retreat, a couples retreat, end of life celebration, church gathering or an elopement!
Once Upon a Time
Welcome 18 of your closest guests (20 all up including bride and groom) to join you in tying the knot with one of our signature Berry Vintage fairytale ceremony set ups- inclusive of set up and pack down of a styled arbour, vintage seating, signing table and chairs, enchanting aisle decorations, Moroccan style rugs and runners.
Your lavish cocktail hour comprises of dry bars and stools, serving bar, rustic trestle table, vintage cane lounge suite and aesthetic decor inclusive of stress free set up and pack down. During your bubbly cocktail hour you’ll have the opportunity to delight your guests in hand feeding our free range alpaca and other gorgeous (totally friendly) animals. The use of our beautiful property for all your intimate and memorable photo opportunities to capture your special day. After this time, guests that will just be staying for the ceremony portion of your day will bid you a loving farewell. You will then move to the reception area for a sit down dinner setting for you and your closest guests that will be staying on the property (up to 10 loved ones including bride and groom)
You’ll be enticed by an intimate courtyard dinner under the soft glow of our moody festoon lights and all the trimmings. Enjoy intimate company with your loved ones under a Romantic starlit sky. website) The package has 4 boutique cottage accomodation for 10 adults (5 queen beds) and 2 children (in the gorgeous bunk beds that
childhood dreams are made of) Your guests will revel in a continental breakfast basket, a take home gift fresh from the farm, and an opulent little welcome surprise to make sure their stay is as comfortable as possible.

The Gypsy Meadow cabin is a cute little room with a queen bed and ensuite. The room comes with a simple breakfast basket, a gift, food to feed the animals, games and activities, toiletries, towels, tea and coffee and milk. There is a fan and air conditioning, a heater, and also a bar fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle in the room. The cabin is $240 a night and suits 2 people. Not suitable for children. Two night minimum stay.
The Pixie Nest $240
The Pixie Nest cabin is a cute little room with a queen bed and ensuite. The room comes with a simple breakfast basket, a gift, food to feed the animals, games and activities, toiletries, towels, tea and coffee and milk. There is a fan and air conditioning, a heater, and also a toaster, kettle and microwave in the room. The cabin is $240 a night and suits 2 people. Not suitable for children. Two night minimum stay.
The Snug (family room) $300 per night
The Snug consists of a a queen bed and a single bunk bed in the room. The room has it's own private entry, sunroom, ensuite and kitchenette. The room comes with a simple family breakfast hamper, a take home gift, food to feed the animals, tea and coffee, coffee machine, microwave, kettle and toaster, toiletries and towels. The room is stocked with puzzles, books and games for the whole family to enjoy! disconnect from technology and reconnect to nature and each other! The room shares the courtyard with the fluffy chooks. Two night minimum stay.
Lazy Sundays (two bedroom) $320 per night
Lazy Sundays consists of a a queen bed in one room and a double bed or two singles in the second room. The cottage has it's own porch with dinning table, bathroom and kitchen. The room comes with a simple breakfast hamper, a take home gift, food to feed the animals, tea and coffee, coffee machine, microwave, kettle and toaster, toiletries and towels. The room is stocked with puzzles, books and games for the whole family to enjoy! Disconnect from technology and reconnect to nature and each other! The room shares a courtyard with our fluffy chooks. relax under a fairy light tipi, on a velvet vintage lounge while you listen to music and watch the animals.
The package includes the naked tipi with fairy lights, a vintage lounge with all the trims, a fire pit and food to feed the alpacas and ducks.

Where animals roamed the space,

A simple structured home,
Nature flourished from the loam.
A young family, just of four,
Made their promise not to bore.
Two youngsters, and a way with life,
No fear of creatures, played with delight.
Well- spoken for their age,
Seemed no greed for a paying wage.
On trees Cashmere and Onyx swung,
When feeding, out of the buggy they hung.
Monumental views and decor made it a dream,
Where cosy country service also beamed.
Nor pictures or words can translate,
For a beauty this place radiates.
Hard work redeemed the rain,
All pretty stands Berry Lane.
Important information
No pets are allowed on the property. Our animals are all free roaming and we do not want to upset their harmony!
Check in is 2pm and check out is 11am.
There is no undercover parking, just open air car space. one car space per cabin.
Only guests who are staying at the property are permitted to be on site during your stay
No swimming in the dams, and children must be supervised at ALL times children are not permitted to be left unattended at any stage during the stay at the property
No smoking.
Two night minimum stay.
No cooking in the rooms, only toaster, kettle and microwave. there is a pizza shop, pub, Bowls club in town, a burger diner up the road for dinners and a local grazing board company who can deliver for a picnic. There are also many cafes in town for a larger breakfast or lunch.
We can supply a brazier with a pile of wood for $20 per night.
Any damaged occurred needs to be brought to our attention immediately
Guests are responsible to fund the repairs of any damage they may cause during their stay.
We are not a party venue. Music off at 930 and guests who are not staying at the property need to vacate no later than 10pm.
